Party FAQs
What's included in an Earth Treks climbing party?
- Private climbing areas: Enjoy your climbing party in an area designed specifically for hosting groups. Party areas have climbing routes set for all ability levels.
- Two hours of instructor-supervised climbing: No experience is necessary! Earth Treks’ knowledgable climbing instructors stay with your group the entire time ensuring your guests can climb to their heart’s content.
- BYO catering: Enjoy bring your own catering in your private climbing area. Need recommendations? We can help!
- Harnesses are included: Please have you guests wear tennis shoes or similar. Open-toed shoes are not allowed.
Can we bring food and drink?
Groups are able to bring their own food & drink. Earth Treks can provide a table and a white disposable table cloth to serve your refreshments buffet style in the climbing area – please remember to bring serving utensils.
Having pizzas delivered is a popular option- just make sure you schedule them for delivery in the first half of your program. You can have snacks out during the entire party, but it’s best to take a break halfway through if you want to serve cake and sing happy birthday as a group.

Do you offer birthday party favors?
For birthday parties, a t-shirt gift for the birthday child is included. Optional party favor bags for all the guests are also available for purchase on the day of your party for $6 each. The favor bag includes:

Corporate Events
Reignite a sense of adventure at your company with a stress-free climbing event. Earth Treks promises a welcoming and fun climbing experience in a special area of the gym reserved especially for you.
Our Team Development Climbing Program is a great team building activity that will teach trust development, team cohesion, goal setting and pushing personal limits, while keeping light and fun. If your team has little to no climbing experience, try our “High Altitude” Team Climbing Challenges. This course teaches the skills needed to climb and also problem solving, coaching and limit pushing. Most organizations use this course to help teams celebrate successes or break through barriers.
Knowledgeable (and extremely fun!) instructors are responsible for all climbing-related activities. Top off your event by ordering catering from any local catering company to enjoy in your private area.
